I have been away from the forum for a few days, having a TKR operation and am amazed at all the newbies in that short time. 
I just want to wish you all the best and hope that you will stay and join in with us all. We support and help each other. We all have this common bond of Arthritis and so we do understand. Also please join us on the chitchat zone if that rocks your boat.
