something trapped in neck?

Has anyone had problems with arfur in their necks, intermittent dizziness, ringing ears and nausea?
I’ve had this for a year and my GP sent me to an ENT consultant although I thought it was caused by my neck not ears.
Saw him about 6 months ago, was referred for balance tests which I had last week.
They put goggles one me and took photographs of my eye movements when following moving lights, having air blown into my ears and with my head hanging over the end of a couch and then moving to either side. He told me these tests would show balance problems in my ears and also any trapped nerves or blood vessels in my neck.
According to the audiologist there is nothing wrong with me except I should get more exercise as my body may be sluggish. I wish I could.
Still have to wait to see the ENT consultant again, probably another 6 months and not sure what will happen after that.
I’ve been feeling quite low thinking that they’re thinking I am a hypochondriac and that maybe I am imagining all this.
I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems and how they were diagnosed. I can’t help feeling that there may be other ways to show trapped nerves or blood vessels in the neck which is what I think I have,

Thanks Val and I do hope things get sorted out for you. I also had physio on my neck and had to stop because it made me light headed and dizzy. I have very bad arfur in my neck and feel the other problems are connected. I'm just not sure that the tests they did could have shown anything, esecially as I didn't feel dizzy at the time.
I really want to get it sorted out as they told me not to drive and as I can't walk very far and public transport in my area is practically non existent it's all very frustrating. I think i should ask to seee someone else so not sure who so any advice peeps can give me will be great,
