Hi i was wondering how you do your pancakes. Do you make your own and toss them up and into the pan or do you cheat and buy yours this year we have brought normaly we make our own and toss them in a pan we forgot it was pancake day so cheated.
My favourite pancakes are :D
maple syrup and chocolate over a wrapped pancake in the centre ice cream.
the traditional lemon and sugar and my hubbys favourite jam in the centre of his pancake.
How do you like yours ? from joanne :D

great minds think alike, i just posted a pancake thread!.....
i ring hubbie at work and say pick up the ingredients for pancakes on the way home, then he comes in and makes two different mixtures as mine is with soya milk, he stands there for ages making them whilst we all eat them.
this year i had chocolate sauce and jam but i have had strawberries in once, yummy,

I like your thinking Joanne, soon be time for choccy :D:D

So many pancakes and so little time :D It has to ice cream and blueberries if I'm going posh but sugar and lemon does me fine aswell. Wish I had made the effort to make some, but there is always tomorrow.

Well I used to make my own, we used to have lemon and sugar.

Now I found a new delight.

Make your pancake, then get a mars bar cut it into thickish slices and wrap a hot pan cake around it.......yummy
