knee braces

hi just wondering does anyone use knee braces? if you do, do you think they help?

    I use the OAsys carticare, it was prescribed by my consultant and the orthotics department measured me up and ordered it!

    It does help, however it is quite uncomfortable and I tend to not use it because of that, it rubs on my shin.

    There are loads out there.

    Hi, I got knee splints from my O.T. and find they do help
