 Yesterday i went to a sleep focused workshop some interesting points
1 caffeine keeps you awake
2 a bad mattress doesn't help
3 being to hot or to cold doesn't help
4 eating to late doesn't help
5 stress and anxiety is also a no no
6 being in pain is not good

it took 2 of them to tell 2 of us this with the help of a laptop and paperwork and screen projector

i have never seen such a waste of money by the dwp
I know i am a lady ,all life is a journey xx MAY xx

They missed one - lumpy pillows Lol

Have upgraded my pillows last week - what a difference.

Still you must be relieved that they are making such good use of taxpayers money!

    Hi Berty,

What happens though... you doze off the 'gramophone' runs out, you wake re-wind it and doze off...... I think I might just stick to a tv or actually big thumping base music.... and thats not why I am not sleeping either :lol::lol: x

    Hi Bertyboy
just so funny. just out of interest how did they explain about the stress and anxiety bit
Very much a factor for everyone at the moment.
Did they give you any information on how to eliminate the pain

Wonder how long 'their' training took?

    Hi,
I'm so glad you've told us, now I'll just have to give up my nightly pint of strong, black coffee and put away one of the 6 duvets I've got on the bed! What a joke!
    Love Sue
