    Yes Julie, I`m going to be looking after my son`s lovely chocolate

    lab, Chomsky, possibly for quite some time. Love her to bits, but

    am slightly apprehensive, as I`ve only been used to Amber, my

    Yorkie who weighed all of 6 1bs!

    Hi Ange......as the others have said....still here for you and sending strength and love...

    As you know I have two labs.....they are great fun, very loving and loyal...even if they do daft things from time to time. ...ditches included.

    They're a happy go lucky breed and once they mature a bit (not sure when :roll: ) are very steady and reliable......hope chomsky brings some fun and frolics with her ...I'm sure she will!

    Although I do not message you I do read how you are going on, Ange and I think about you because it is my greatest dread to be left alone. You have many loving friends supporting you here and that is so heartwarming to see. It will not be long until it is April and you will soon have company and you will be busy, more busy than normal :)

    I think you are doing OK Ange. Shouldn't wish our time away but I feel like you. Will be glad when this month is over somehow.
    Had so much bad news too.

    It will soon be Easter. I have bought loads of Easter Eggs today ready for the grandchildren to find in the garden. Hope it doesn't rain.

    Anyway, not long now.

    A ((((( ))))) and well like Iris (who I am so jealous of :oops: ) I have had a few Labs (well 3 of my own and my mother bred yellow) and I promise you Chrom will teach you all she thinks you need to know :lol::lol: I will send him k050.gif up so you get some more practice :wink:

    I really can`t tell you how much I appreciate your messages. I`m doing well, and looking forward to 2nd April, when "my boys" will be home for Easter.

    I`ve found that, once the first year passes, it`s only very close family who remember anniversaries. This can leave you feeling very alone at these times, especially when your family isn`t very close geographically. A loving word is very precious, and I thank you all, especially as you all have many burdens of your own to bear........Much love.......Ange.

    I think you are doing amazingly well :D 'Orrible month.

    You are so right about others forgetting - they dont mean to, but they greive for a shorter time than those directly involved.

    When I lost my parents I found I was angry that a year had passed or this was the second birthday without them, because it still felt so new and shocking to me.

    Why hadnt the world stopped. :(

    Hello there.

    April 1st tomorrow. Hope you get through that OK. Keep your wits about you.

    I am hoping that I can get through APRIL.

    I know that I shall have two funerals to go to. My Daughter in laws mother is expected to die any day.

    One of our closest friends is due to die any day also.

    both from cancer.


    So, it is going to be a traumatic month.

    Want OH's test results to come through from his biopsy so that we can put that behind us.


    End of the month will be seeing us welcoming close on 150 cars and their owners to the 3rd Stilton Chees run
    Lots of admin to do on the day.
    So I shall be cglad when April is over.
