Appeal date set

At last ive got a date for my appeal re written warning for sickness
Not that im looking forward to it but at least it will be soon out of the way :(
So wish me luck everyone & ill keep you posted

    Thank you it feels a bit daunting but they cant get away with how they are treating me & others! Staff are going in sick & refusing to go in as they are scared of the new sickness policy

    Thank you Iris hope ur feeling a bit better. Yes my union rep is fantastic! Staff are going in sick coz they are scared one even got admitted! Its madness! X

    wonder if folks should then do an IR1 form stating that their absence was compounded by the pressure they have felt to attend work when not well, wonder where the trust would stand then
