Sorry to read about your ears/jaws. Somebody was asking about this connection with ears and jaw on the LWA thread t'other day.
Glad to have you back posting,

i saw ENT dr last week and after he cleaned and checked my ears, checked my hearing ect, there was no sign of infection at all.
he checked my mouth and jaw and said he thinks that some how my jaw is out of place or something!
he gave me a leaflet with jaw exercises and information on it.
i have to go back in 3 months and if it's not better then i need to see another specialist, a facial type one!
he thinks it may be something to do with when i pulled a muscle in my jaw a few months back.
so the leaflet says no biting into big things like apples, no chewing things like gum or toffees, small bites rather than big mouthfuls and no tough meat!! it also suggests trying a soft diet for a few weeks! should i live on mash potato do you think?!!!
it tells me to exercise my jaw lots, here's what i have to do -
curl your tongue back so it touches the top back of your mouth, then put you hand under your chin and with your lips gently touching each other push your jaw down against you hand. hold it for a minute the rest for a minute and then hold for a minute. do this 10 times at least 10 times a day!

i must remain stress free as stress causes you to clench your jaw muscles, it says that i need to get plenty of rest, in black and white it says -
sleep for 8 hrs, work for 8 hours and relax for 8 hrs every day. maybe someone could explain that to my family?!!

any way, hopefully it will improve!

    thank you toni!
is it just my jaw that comes and goes? not literally!
i seem to have a good night with less pain, them about 3 really bad nights then another quite good night!!
exercises sound easy, but actually they aren't always! oh, well no more talking for me lol!
