    Hi Val

    Could it be trapped nerves??

    Me?

I'd get it checked out - you never know do you?

    Hi Val

My knees can be tender on the side (inside) after or just before a flare too :)

I am so glad you feel so much better in general though :)

    Love

Hi I have oa in my spine and I get most of the pain in my groin and top of the leg, down to the knee. Mine is because I have a couple of damaged disks that effect the nerve. Physio helps it, but you have to keep it up! Sounds as if you may well have a trapped nerve somewhere. You often don't feel the pain where the damage is, but where the nerve that is damaged works. If that makes sense!

Go and see your GP, he should help.
