D Day has arrived

Morning All
Its the dreaded meeting with HR to get my written warning for sickness overturned !
Not hopeful but my union rep is fantastic she wont let them get away with anything she has been so supportive as has have my work buddies
So roll on 09.30
I keep thinking by 1pm it should be all over & life can carry on
Will let you peeps know

    What a nightmare. Where to from here? What did union rep advise?

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    I am SO sorry :(:( but this is all so wrong.:x

    Just what did the union say and do? did they even mention DDA??

    It's dreadful news Maria, what are the union going to do about this? Does the Disablility act not help? (Big hugs )
