Hello all you arthritic folks.
It seems my little problems are a lot more common than I imagined.
After years of being told to "pull yourself together" "stop whingeing" and "get on with it" it's somewhat of a relief to at least be able to put a name to what ails me. (I was diagnosed with a serious food allergy a few years back as well, that was a big step forward too).
I always felt that the pain wasn't psychosomatic but being told it is over a long period by professionals and friends alike, I had began to wonder!
So I'm not mad, just sick !
I look foward to gathering more info that may help me in my quest for a healthy life, and sharing the results.
Talk soon, all the best, Kevlar

Hi Elna, I've recently been diagnosed with PsA, I think thats the right abreviation, either way it's Psoriatic Arthritis, easier to write than to say!
It is good to know that I'm not alone, but sad to think that so many other people suffer so regularly too.
I look foward to the help and support of others with similar problems and hope I can give some back too.
All the best, Kevlar0 -
