    Thanks Dell, yep your right I have just seen the union chap and he say's they can't it's crazy as all the risk would be my responsability, anyway off to see the surgeon next week to see what he thinks of it all.

    Mellman you need more legal advice than we can give you. Your Union is a good place to start if you are in one. Also contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission at www.equalityhumanrights.com They will advise you on your rights under the DDA in this situation.

    Thanks Val I'll e mail them.

    Boy do I feel down this morning dark clouds are all around again. There isn't any point to it is there, I hate it all.
