fed up with arthritis

hello fed up with this arthritis a woman of my age should be able to do more than i able to, i dont want to sound like i moaning but some days its so hard to put up with it, :(:( it just goes to show how tollerant we must be of pain, so fed up with it, at the moment my hands and shoulders are doing the pain rounds oh well i suppose my knees are getting a rest as i dont really feel like doing anything but sitting on my bum oh what a sad state of affairs, i know they say no pain no gain, a saying i heard but i dont going to get anything out of this. sorry to moan but at least you all know how i feel

    Sorry to hear you are feeling rubbish today Sylvia. Write off today if I were you and start a fresh tomorrow.
    On days when I'm really struggling I will go and lie on the bed with lots of pillows and listen to either relaxing music or audiobooks and just chill.

    I hope you are feeling better soon. Sometimes it can be a bit overwelming but then a good day will roll around again.
