I will have a black coffee to go with the brandy I have in my hand.

    Thank you very much.

Understand perfectly - you haven't got any ginger to go with the brandy by any chance?

No ginger, just water in my brandy. Sorry

For me this is one of the best days of the year.

The day becomes longer, more daylight in the evening, when I can spend more time doing the things I enjoy.

Usually, just socialising, housework, believe it or not! or sitting in the garden.

I am not a morning person, so daylight at 5am, I do not appreciate.

Did you know snow is forcast for this week! The world's climate has gone mad!

I like a tidy house, it very often isn't.

I love moving house, a fresh start and all that.

But when you pull out the fridge and cooker, and take the pictures off the wall, your home looks so sad.

I sometimes have felt sad to leave, and sad for the new owners!

Would love to help with your move, I can be a mean cleaner.

Unfortunately, I will be recovering from my hip replacement and will be out of action........otherwise..........

Are you moving far? Have you got help?

I have lived in this house 10 years. The only place I lived longer was my parents' home.

I remember places by how old my children were when I lived there.

We seemed to move every 6 or 7 years, as the girls grew.

    But your needs change.

I hope your move goes well, and you enjoy your new life in Sussex.

A number of my collegues moved there, even before retirement, and they all said they wished they had gone sooner.

Hope you feel the same when you get there.

Feeling tired at last, so will leave you now, and thanks for the chat.

Will speak to you again before your move and my op.

Sleep well and enjoy the springtime.
