Another visit to Rheumy Doc

Had my usual 3monthly visit
Felt OK till Doc took my BP it was quite high for mr 146/66 its usual 110/60
Felt even worse when they said id have to have hydrotherapy I dont do water unless theres lots of bubbles or a shower so Yuk! I know i will benefit from it though
Also the dreaded weight issue at least he doesnt tell me off just laughs at me (in a nice way)
Hads further xrays to feet & hands plus usual blood tests
so theres to the nxt 3month appointment
