it's been 2 years post op and I don't want to tempt fate but the last 3 flares I have had haven't been as strong as those I was having in the begining of the year, don't get me wrong they are still highly unpleasent but don't dibilitate me so much, is this a sign?.
Can OA calm down, I would imagine it's just a blip as I have had times in the past when it almost disapeared only to return with avengence.
Oddly though the signals I get before the main attack still seems as intense, I get really cold feet and legs and my knees get red and hot if I have been standing for to long, and they also really ache, and late at night I get a crushing feeling about a hour before I go up to bed.
Ay thoughts or views you lot?.

    Hi Mell

    Good to see you :D

Didnt I read somewhere that OA comes in 'stages' and that in the end it actually DOES stop hurting??

Someone on here will know better than me and hopefully will help you later.

I hope you are enjoying a restful long weekend away form the fourletter word

    Love

    Toni xx
