Hi everyone!
It was my birthday yesterday, another year has passed & I'm still here! I just wanted to say a really big thank you to all of you here who have been there for me on this forum this last dreadful year & tell you how much I really appreciate every kind word, every sweet thought & every brilliant joke you have posted. I honestly don't know what I would have done without you guys - you are all stars!
Hoping this day finds you in less pain than yesterday & if not hope you feel better tomorrow.

    The forum is such a great place and I know I have been helped and supported in the months since I joined too. Having such kind folks in the forum is where it's strength lies......x

    Hi Pennie, hope you had a great birthday, what a lovely time of year to have one. I wish you a better year ahead. I too have really found the forum invaluable since joining.

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    I hope the next year will be a bit kinder to you.
    Also that your birthday was a good one.

    I have to confess that I do not come on to LWA every day so do not keep up with all the threads as I should.
    So I have missed some of yours. My only excuse is that I do not find enough hours in the day or else the OH is hogging the PC.

    So again, hope things will get better for you
