I thought I'd post some good news for once. But, firstly, I wanted to wish everyone a very happy Easter!
I had a IM steroid injection a week ago and one into my ankle joint a few weeks ago. The difference has been huge. The swelling has improved and I can see my knuckles! I have actually been having small improvements over the last month or so. Six months ago, even going in the car for half an hour was exhausting but now I am able to walk for half an hour. I go out for a walk every day for at least 25 minutes and I'm taking less painkillers. I've even started socialising a bit more because I have some energy back.

That is good news, let's hope the steroid jabs continue to help your joints to improve. Great time of year to be up and walking again - enjoy.

It is always lovely to read that peeps are improving and getting a little bit of their life back. Dont overdo it though as it easy to get carried away.
