Flare Clinic?

Hi,Does anyone know what a Flare Clinic is?Would it be the same as a Pain Clinic?Because my next appointment with the consultant isn't until July,the rheumy nurse said she is going to arrange for me to have an appointment at a Flare Clinic,not at my local hospital but one about 17 miles away from where I live.I'm still in a lot of pain even though taking Naproxen and Hydroxy and new pains have recently started to appear hence the reason for going to this clinic. :( If anyone has been to a Flare Clinic,what can I expect from it?Don't know how long I will have to wait for an appointment but hope it's soon as the pain is so debilitating. :(:(:( Breane.
