Dorcas put a link to the webmd site and I thought I would give it a look. This is a very good site for newbies and for oldies like me. Easy to navigate around. Easy to understand.
I like most people on here go on many sites. I had never heard of this one. You enter the website click on Arthritis and from there its a matter of choosing the option for yourself.
I liked it have a look and see what you think.

Very interesting, thanks for that.

I followed a link about diet changes for arther sufferers and this reinforced some things I already knew and shed further light, always a good thing !

For those of us with PsA I have also found a site called "Psoriasis & Psoriatic Athritis Alliance" interesting and useful.
