Well Issy,
Thats not the end of the story
Bloody HR
Just found out that eventhough ive got through those 6months sickness free & having 1 day off sick since, my sickness is at 4.9% :?
So another trip to see HR :x :x
Spoke to my union rep who looked into it for me & guess what :?:
They failed to tell any of us not even written in the written warning policy or in the letter from my failed appeal that even after the 6months at 0% they take the previous 6months into account :?
Why when all that sickness was dealt with at appeal/ :?:
This is total MADNESS :!: Especially as I raised concerns with HR woman who said Id go back to 0% but would be classed as a new starter so my % would be slightly higher :?
Even 1 of the HR bods didnt know about the previous 6months was counted
What do they expect ive a cronic condition that affects most of my joints & now im getting pains in my chest due to arthritic changes
So watch this space :!:
