hello i had a look on the (link removed by mod. (ECM) as site promotes a well known pharmaceutical company) site this morning, about knee braces can help with pain if you have OA.
funny really after reading that it got me thinking and i thought about the supports i wear everyday on my knees, and sometimes even in bed if my knees are really painful, and thought about how my knees feel without them when i take them off before having a bath or shower and i can only describe it but my knees feel really strange when i walking between bedroom and bathroom, the only way i can put so it makes sense is that they feel like jelly, as if my knees caps are wobbling, a really weird, i hope that makes sense but that's what it felt like, just goes to show how my knee supports must help.
