Hi, I have been weeks without MXT due to a chest infection that won't go away, I am not noticing any difference yet with or without, could it be that I don't need it after all, my gp says I can have some Naproxen if needed but it really upsets my stomach, so will wait and see how things go love Jaspercatxx

hi Jasper, sorry you are not well. I had two weeks off mtx earlier this year due to a chest infection. It did help I think. Hope you get better soon.

Hi Jasper
Wouldn't it be good if you didn't need it?
Hope you dont need the naproxen either  Bad belly is the last thing you need.
Take care

Hi Jaspercat
Sorry to hear about your recurrent infections.. that's disappointing. How long were you on the methotrexate?
Best wishes

Hi, thanks for your responses, I have been on MXT now for around 10 years, can't wait to come of it, I haven't needed the Naproxen yet, I have had some aches but not too bad, the antibiotic this week has given me a bad tummy anyway love Jaspercatxx0
