Yes i got this E mail and it is deeply upsetting.It seems they enjoy tormenting the sick and disabled.

    this is just the pits delboy. :x :x their new 'guidance' is unbelievable..

    perhaps you should post this on 'Living with Arther' so that more peeps read what's being proposed and can take action too. :?:
