Waiting for the DLA decision is torture!

Ive had a constant headache and have been feeling sick for the past three weeks wondering if my DLA will renewed.
When I was successful after my appeal they told me then and there the relief was wonderful I could not control my crying the interview was horrendous, talking about my most initmate details with these people. I have so enjoyed my mobility car it has made such a difference to my life, and low rate care money it makes such a difference.
Welfare rights helped me fill in the forms and told me not to be surprised if its refused. It taking them ages to reply, have rung and they said another 10 days, I took the car even though I only had 2 yrs I knew arthur would get no better, and was told by someone on the at welfare rights that it would be ok to get a mobility car for 2 yrs.
What will happen if I have to appeal will mobility take the car off me and the Blue badge runs out on May 5th? I can imagine awful time ahead.

Hi Lorrayne, You are quite right to moan, we all face this system that does'nt see us as people only a dent in their budget. It took me 50 weeks to get DLA. You have it already and with your Doctors reports etc you deserve to have it renewed. Try not to worry because this will make you ill, or should I say more ill than you already are. I will be wishing you get everything you deserve.

SpeedalongI have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.0 -
Thank you Tricia for your very wise reply and kind wishes,I have calmed down and if the worst happens will just appeal again and take the fight as it comes.
