I recommend OPI nail strengthener and OPI's avoplex cuticle oil, which encourages nail growth. That's top of the range stuff, but long-lasting and very good, used it for years.
I supplement them with stuff from Avon. Much more reasonably priced and very good. My manicurist is very impressed by my nails at the moment, and it's the Avon I'm using. Currently too broke for OPI! Haven't tried the Asda stuff - we do have an Asda here but it's on the other side of town and getting there involves 29 - yes, 29 - sets of traffic lights for a journey that's less than three miles. Life's too short. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
