Proper Parmesan for the really strong stuff, (flaked over pasta using a potato peeler), a good cheddar for every day (at least 4 on the Richter scale of cheese strength) and a good Emmental for the mild, nutty stuff. Oh, and Brie, when it's at the crawling- out- of- the- bag- to- meet- you stage, but that is lost in the mists of memory thanks to taking humira. DreamdaisyHave you got the despatches? Cheeses - I could live on the stuff. How could I possibly say what my fav is, I love them ALL.
My daughter's friend recently had a three tier cheese wedding cake. What a brill idea! In the photos it was not noticeable that it was not the "usual " type of cake. It was then cut up and served with savoury biscuits with the coffee. I would have been in my element, as my daughter was!! She is a cheese addict too as is my son. Perhaps it was because I ate so much cheese when pregnant!

We have a local one here called Norbury Blue which is delish.

We're cheese fiends in this house, used to go to supermarket and buy cheddar by the brick. Love applewood smoked, wensleydale with anything in and lots of the blue ones, camembert and brie yum yum!!
Can't stand Caboc - has no taste, it's like eating a lump of butter and is very greasy. Not keen on plastic cheese but do like cottage!

I like parmesan and VERY strong cheddar.
My all time favourite, and that of my eldest daughter's is the cheese with garlic in. Now THAT is smelly cheese! You can buy that Boursin, but supermarkets also do their own brands which are just as good.

Oh cheese, i love cheese.
Any kind of strong cheddar,Ive worked my way through the cheese counter at The local supermarkets, & used to buy a whole block a week when i run the pub. The big massive blocks for about £15..
Edam, Red leics,Apple wood smoked, Austrian smoked & Port salut
Cheese spreads, diarylea & primula on Rivitas.
I love a strong cheese on Hovis crackers, gives me the prickles when its strong.
I also have to be careful on strong cheeses as sets migrianes off too. So does oranges & chocolate, luckily im not a chocolate fan, i still have all the chocolate from xmas in a cupboard not been touch.I'll leave it here for you lot
I'd wrestle a mouse for a piece of cheese
