Hi All,

Stooopid question from me but in my defence MTX is still a new thing for me! I had my dose upped by the rheummy nurse but she only prescribed 4 weeks and I dont see the rheum for 6 weeks - do I get more from the GP or do I have to go to the hospital?

Thanks

Kit

I presume it's tablets: when I had them the hospital wrote to my GP and they were added to my repeat prescription, so perhaps the first port-of-call is your GP. Either go and see him and ask for more, or contact your rheumatology nurse. Hope this helps. Dreamdaisy
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

if you don't have your monitoring done at the Gp's make sure you have your latest set of results so that you don't have any problems getting it prescribed
