Ye God’s it’s bad enough we have a hung parliament (in my book they all should be flippin well hung) the really crazy thing is that the rules on this don’t exist, well that's what radion 4 said this morning!, they never have!, there’s nothing in writing whatsoever zitch zippo feck all!!!!. The whole bloody thing will be conducted with less finesse that a jumble sale or a Gypsy horse trading fair!. And they still wonder why we don’t trust or respect them?.

Hi Mell
SCARY!!!!!
worried how this affects our position as far as 'the world' goes

Don't worry, Mell. The sky isn't going to fall in today :!: :shock:0

I think we knew it would end in tears for us all, regardless of what the outcome was.
I worry about things that I can change, not things that I cannot. That is my policy anyway. Life is too short.
I did vote.
Have a good weekend everyone! I shall I am easily pleased

Everyone will be affected to a greater or lesser degree, but that comes as no surprise. No one was ever going to wave a magic wand. I shall still be my smiley self.

No the sky wont fall in Joan but in due time the ground could well sink from under our feet!. :roll:0

Well, at least we have this thread to reassure us that if the sky doesn't fall on top of us, then the ground will give way beneath us, thus rendering us incapable of reacting to the whole mess we're in now.
Sorry - very much missing Rehab
Anyway, I find it very hard to worry about it because the government just seems so far away and it will take them ages to work anything out.
I'm with the person on this thread (sorry, can't remember who it was) who said we should only worry about the things we can change.
And yes, I'm going to have a nice weekend too - hope everyone else does!

The government on Wednesday, 24th February 2010, published guidelines for elections, including rules on what would happen if this year's election produces no clear winner, known as a "hung parliament."
So, the rules do exist and have been published.

Hi Joseph flippin BBC radio 4, bunch of clueless Liberals trying to spread panic, why say it if it isn't true typicle flippin typicle!.
Anyway Nina I know where your coming from I miss the old bugger 2, I just have this image in my mind of him foaming at the mouth desperately trying to resist coming on here, I bet he cracks soon!, well I hope he does!.0 -
Thanks Joseph
Think that's what they are doing isnt it Joseph?
Holding discussions now
Watch this space eh?

I think the correct term is horse trading, getting two parties to work together will be as much use as herding cats it won't work.
Oh did anyone see the pics of the U KIP chaps crash, ye gods he was bloody lucky, it looked really painful having a glider tug aircraft sat on your head!, is it me or does Mr farage look a little bit like Toad of Toad hall??.
Oh just one last thing, You have to admire their unbridled optimism don’t you, just been watching BBC news 24 and the Welsh MP’s all 3 of them bless their little Welsh cotton sock’s have said they are up for sale to any of the two party that will give an extra £300 million to the Welsh assembly, now is it me or is that not a little bit greedy if not a tad delusional?.0 -
Muddled indeed. After staying up to watch for as long as I could last night, then all the endless papping on today, I am none the wiser now and have a severe political tiredness that has come over me like a cloud. :shock:XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0
