My name is Janet, I'm 38 years old and live with my Dad who is also my carer, as I have Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, severe osteoarthritis in my right knee and osteoporosis in my right hip

Thankyou for the lovely welcome .

I started some new nedication for pain relief last Thursday, and so far it's working.

Why, however do new tablets have such rubbish side effects until they get into your system
