well i not good with the animals but will keep putting the kettle on for the gang so they can look after the animals when we sneeking into hospital to visit cris and which animals can we get in with us as she will miss them . we must take some ice lollies to put in freezer for chris incase she needs them. val

do ask to see the senior doc ..... and refuse to see the other chap cos well it is a waste of your time.

If the hospital refuse to organise it get your new lovely GP surgery to do it for you - I am sure they will if you tell them what has gone on.

You can do this week, we are all here for you.

Jan and I have all the equipment we need to look after the sheepies cats dogs chickens and ducks.

We also have a bucket for hot water and shears to cut the cord if the horse decides to have her foal while Jan and me are there.

We also have towels and everything else you need when a baby is born.

Please don't ask the weight as I don't think Jan and I could get it on the scales :shock:

We will collect the eggs and put them in the fridge and we will go and do the sales for you. We will all take turns to do this so all the gang have something to do.

I have loads of packets of Custard Creams for her. also a pocket or two for him.

Hi All,

You are so kind to me and I do appreciate it....

Oh I so wish your bus was near the sheep last night

What happened......

The cars starter gave up, miles from most places and I had Hop's with me as usual and she...... Well she is 15 and 3 legged (front missing) and can't walk to far.....

Spent half an hour trying to get it to remember it turns the engine.... Pushed it up the slope (took ages ) Rolled it back, nothing.....

Phoned the guy at home but got no answer and another mate I know would have helped but his wife is unwell and so it slowly dawned on me I was there for he night...... :shock: :roll: :roll:

With a sinking heart I managed to find a blanket and Hop's and I waited for dawn......

Of course I didn't have mt tablets, started worrying about today drip.... panicked cus I knew at best I would be very late in and I had only planned for a few hours (3 actually) the dogs and cats were here, hungry but did have water.......

I can confirm for anyone it gets very cold at night..... in a car..... in a field......with the gentle enquires from the sheep cows and pig as to weather I would like to give them more food.......

I needed tea as well Thank god I had the MP3 and my addiction

At 7 this morning I got an answer to the phone......Rescue came but....

A first light ..... I caught Stampy unawares...... She is part sheared but done very badly by someone in agony and dazed through lack of sleep and cold ........ She looks lovely

That's how I can get the bones to agree to shear.....

Right the drip...... We have to make up today but its only and hour and a half extra..... Oh what pleasure eh?!

Hey obviously I didn't have food in the car and usually take the mtx on a Sunday so..... I took it on an empty stomach and wet to bed Hey took over an hour and a half to stop shivering I was that cold......

Actually if you wanted to be there it would be quite nice Its almost far enough West to stop my calling and dawn was lovely and welcomed cus I don't like the dark ad of course I ad imaginary things getting into the car.... I just had to ask the guy here to check the spare wheel carrier and make sure there wasn't one in it :shock: :shock: I do have to get a hold of this phobia eh?!

Second hand motor on now so.... see you in ten for cuppa and cake

Hope your dong ok and thankfully this lot were ok but Lynn they were here alone for 12 hours...... Oh wish he had answered the phone

Hey Debs he is out there doing it now..... I could have hitched the cows to the car and they could towed started it..... Might have ended up in a different field eh?!

Still on the plus side..... I have half sheared the sheepsis and I hurt so much i didn't notice the lumber kicking.... also found a way to do them....

Stamps was laid down..... Hopely kicked up so she has a smaller hole in her fleece but they will be cooler if it gets warm.... See I worry about them so much... you may already know that :oops: :oops: ((( ))) xx

Its a nice place there I was after a house just down the road..... this sale fell through and well .........

Dawn was quite nice to see cus its another big sky place (we have a huge sky here )

They were beside them selves bless them..... it was a long night and I kept worrying about how they were and they have never been left like that before..... I was kinda lucky though..... they hadn't trashed too much......

Funny what keeps you going..... I was so tied and ache, oh Lynn it was such a bad way to spend a night...... BUT well the plus side was the dawn

I said tothe nurse when I rang her I was so cold we would never get a lie in and I hadn't drunk anything since 7.30 lst night and thats why its only going to be a 4 day drip..... but longer.... higher.... and hell its gong to be rough :roll: ((( ))) xxx
