    Elna,

I have to agree with you there, I feel far less pressure on my joints. But still would like to find out more about these chairs. Where did you see them Bluebeard?

    Hi Janie

You could google this chair. They’re designed as a garden chair, but are also widely used in healthcare by therapists who need their clients in a highly relaxed state - reflexologists, hypnotherapists, psychotherapists and so on. I presume they wouldn’t be using Lafuma recliners if they weren’t the most relaxing reclining chair available.:lol:

They suit people who are tall and also who like to have more room in a recliner than the normal ones on sale.

If one is interested I preume the best thing to do is find out who stocks them locally and go and sit/lie in one!

    Luv

Hi, funny you should mention this. OH and I have been looking for some comfy "picnic" chairs so that I don't have to stand up and eat my sandwiches (!) so have been trawling round various garden centres trying out all sorts of chairs. Our local garden centre has a range of the Lafuma chairs and I tried the non-reclining ones (didn't think I'd get out again if I reclined) and didn't find them particularly comfortable. But then I have long legs and most chairs are too short in the seat for me anyway. But I have seen this range in a number of garden centres recently so you may find one local to you where you can actually try one out. Good luck! Tilly x

They seem to have a good range. Definitely try before you buy.
