hi got a question for you all, d.la. doctor said that i may need to go back to the doctor again soon and something about the next stage what did he mean?
i cant walk round the supermarket anymore and can just do shor distances before i feel any pain, hence over the weekend and last week i have been pushing it quite a bit, so what do i do now or can i do any more or should i be taking it as it comes i feel from the time that i first went to the doctors it had got worse ie, cant walk as far and more pain.

It doesn't take much foresight to say you may be going back to the docs again - that's what we all do on a regular basis! Can you recall anything else about the conversation? 'The next stage' could refer to your claim/ the arthritis/ getting more help, anything. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

If you told him all of that, then rest easy. You have done what you can, now it's in their hands. We have to ride so many roundabouts, don't we? The doctors' visits, the hospital visits, the medications, the blood tests, it's exhausting. I know it's easier said than done but try not to dwell on what has been taken from you. This disease gives precious little back, compared to what it takes - don't give it the satisfaction of capitulation. Fight it, my girl, and you will win in your own time and in your own way.
