    You know the ,messages here have got me through two days and poss. the last few weeks. I hit rock bottom in a physical sense and the bones and crohn’s (and the eyes) took me to a sate where the gp says my body went into shock....... Got a bit more strength but not enough of my own to survive this week... so yes they all really help, very single message is like a crutch.

    I am never sure i give enough back t you all...... but I hope you all know I would reach the moo for you if I could.
