Take some painkillers, make a nice cup of tea, find a choccy biccy and have a rest. That's what I'm off to do now! Dreamdaisy

    Hi DJ

I am sorry to hear that today is not too good for you. Enjoy that cuppa and nap :) At least it is not chilly today :D How far away is your holiday, hope not too long. Sounds as if you could do with a break. :)

    Luv

Ah, forgot. No biccies. Finishing off a chunk of raw cabbage instead. Not quite the same. DD

    Hi DJ

Sorry to hear that you're not feeling 100%. It sounds as if you need a good long rest. Have your cuppa; a nice bath; take your meds and vegetate for a few hours. Are you going anywhere nice for your holiday?

I hope you feel better soon.

    Hi Deborah,

First a ((( ))) cus I so sympathise with you about useless wrist syndrome!

I actually wonder if gong back to your gp would be worth while, maybe better or a change in pain killers could help? I don't know as this will help but I have a cannula in that they are trying to protect over night so which ever arm its in is heavily bandaged and well its not working for the cannula but the one all wrapped up has better wrists in the morning. Tubigrip also helps mine as does heat. I so wish I knew the answer but anther ((( ))) Cris x

Tubigrip does offer good support - as do sport wrist wraps, found in Boots and other places.

I hope you enjoy your break - the good weather is on its way! Dreamdaisy
