right i have another cold sore and it only two weeks since the last one is my body trying to tell me something????. feel ok in myself (well hayfever playing up) val

    Dunno, Val, all kinds of things set cold sores off, don't they?

    Stress, illness? Lack of nutrients?

    Hope it's not a big one and goes away soon.

    They're viral things aren't they? Are you on meth or something else that lessens the immune system? I know they're tough to get rid of so it may be worth checking with your rheumatology nurse. Sorry I can't be of more help. Dreamdaisy

    You might be like I used to be. Everytime we went on holiday and the weather was hot and I went in the sea I always got a cold sore. Why, I'm not sure but it happend every holiday.

    It comes from the ChickenpoxV Virus I think which I think is called Herpes.
