hello i got my matteress topper this morning its one that rolls up and goes in a carry bag, it will do the job very nicely, i remember somone saying on the forum that you have to make sure you aire it on the lable it says for 72 hours, anyway i do that, i got a memory foam knee cushion yeaterday and although it felt really strange sleeping with it, i will say one thing i did not have a sore back this morning so it must bee doing the job, anyway went back into lidls today and nearly all them memory foam cushions had gone, so just as well i got mine when i did plus i got one to take with on my holidays later in the year.

I lay on the spare bed today as new neighbours having new fitted kitchen and drilling etc VERY LOUD and slightly better on other side of house ... it felt very hard - I'm clearly very used to having my mattress topper now! I might have to look into a portable one for when going away too.

    Have a great nights sleep!!

PS the knee cushion looks different to mine - it seems to support more of the leg. (I switched to using a body cushion.)
I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

Hi I got my mattress topper for the caravan and it rolls up and fastens with straps....It was more comfortable in the caravan. I decided to try it at home....it sits in the mioddle of the bed {being just a caravan one and the bed being threequarters but I thought it would be good.
It doesnt seem to be any benefit {I know I'm the only one that seems to say that} I find that a thick duvet under me is better but it'll be handy for the caravan

    that's the main thing.

Is your pain at night in the operated leg or the one that is waiting??
