hello everyone

is just me or is that i just love peace and quiet, today is a lovely stress free day :D:D:D:D:D:D as hubby's anoying twin has gone on a trip to an island called stronsay :D:D:D he the sort of person that i really dont like, he loves playing stupid games, oh i dont know if i see you tomorrow or not, :x :x and instead of knocking on our door he just assumes its ok and walks in, :x i hate that, and you cant tell him anything because he cant keep it to himself, and ok i have OA and it makes my life difficult but at least i try to do as much as i can for myself, he loves people waiting on him hand and foot, but me and hubby are not and i cant understand how some one can be like that, i think its about time he got a life, i learnt long ago the only person you can rely on is yourself, and that is what i think keeps me going because i am a stubborn person who will get on with it, ( a family trait ) my dad was just the same, oh well in my case it must be like father like daughter, instead of how it's said " like father like son heh i not going to change.

My hubby's uncle started coming to see us every Saturday afternoon and settling himself down so we had to invite him to eat dinner with us. It bugged me because when asked he would say "Oh I'm not sure if I'm coming round or not" but would turn up anyway unannounced so we couldn't make plans . He was just the type to try to make my hubby feel guilty if we went out by saying "Oh and I really wanted to see you" when he was just coming for the home cooking.

So I decided that Saturday nights were going to be takeaway nights and he felt obliged to put his hand in his pocket to contribute. He didn't come round so much after that. 8)

Everyone has an irritating family, it's the way of families. You have a good family though if everyone pulls together in a time of stress. Wasn't it Tolstoy who said that all families were unhappy, but unhappy in their own way? Or was he talking about marriage? Can't remember. DD

Sylvia, have you aked him not to just walk in your house? He might not realise unless its pointed out. Having the autism in the family I am very aware that they dont always get how to behave acceptably so I am always on my toes looking out for inappropriate behaviour in everybody!
I get on with things too. No time to worry about stuff or argue about it!

oh well thats life and thats why we all different and its just as well.
