Have just received a letter today from Rheumatoligist advising I have the above illness.
Going to try to make an emergency appointment with Rheumy to discuss meantime would be grateful if you were able to point me in the direction for information about this?
Many thanks in advance.

Dear Carol
That sounds like difficult information just to get in a letter. If you'd like to talk over this news, we'd be happy to talk to you on our freephone.
For more information on Lupus you can click on the attached link at
http://www.arthritisresearchuk.org/arthritis_information/arthritis_types__symptoms/lupus.aspx.
Inflamatory Polyarthritis is swelling of a variety of joints. See our booklet on Understanding Arthritis at http://www.arthritiscare.org.uk/PublicationsandResources/Listedbytype/Booklets.
I hope this information is useful to you. Please let us know if you need any further help or advice.
Regards
