Hi jaspercat, get hubby to buy some cat biscuits and you can sprinkle them wherever you are resting - that'll keep the cat sweet and take one of the pressures off hubby! Hope you start to feel better soon.

I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

Hi, thanks for all the good wishes, I did feel better yesterday, but today (tuesday) my jaw started really hurting, I have seen the gp today but he can't offer any help except to have some anti-inflamatories so I have given in and am taking some Naproxen, hoping that I so feel better love Jaspercatxx

    Hello Jasper

Just noticed this thread so sending you a wee message hoping you are steadily feeling better?

Don't overdo things. Listen to your body. If you need to rest then just rest. Remember that worry and stress just makes it all worse. Easier said than done I know but hey ho we can try!

Have at least a half decent day today and keep smiling

    Hi Jaspercat

Glad to hear things are settling down a bit for you ..

A woman after my own heart ... you have put the idea in my mind now - I shall have to go out shortly and treat myself to a cake or two - I shall blame you tomorrow when I get on the scales!!
