    Hi, I drive and it takes me about 30 mins to get there but once a month it is worth it. To bus it....dont think I would.....it would be 2 busses.
    Our group has quite a few younger ones.....I'm 64 now.....there are a lot in their 80's and to be fair how much longer are they going to be about. There are quite a fiew in 50's and 60's and others {not as many obviously} younger than that...We all know that arthritis can hit anyone at any age but people go to the groups ....see that a lot of them are older and thats it....if I were you I would give it a few meetings before deciding {thats said to anyone}......because we all have arthritis ...young or old and it affects us all much the same....you can pick up a lot of tips and help. We have a consultant coming to talk about OA and RA the next meeting......I dont know him {I'm in a different area} but am told he's an excellent consultant so looking forward to that

    Love

    perhaps less young ones come because they are working and no energy left after that to go to meetings. it a matter of time and energy some times and the young more into cyber space than the more mature people who would rather meet and talk face to face. but this only my opinion do not have one near me so no chance to go and no car so getting about not so easy val

    Hi Just a short reply befoe I go out.
    I am very grateful that I have got my little micra.....it gives me freedom........I wouldnt go to the nearest one to me if I had to bus it.
    As for cyber space LOL.....I am the owner of 2 groups, manager of 1 and administrator of 2 others LOL so not sure about you views on older ones liking to meet face to face rather than cyber
    Anyway ,must run {excuse the pun...couldnt this morning if I tried LOL}
    Love
