i have just finished filling my form esa50 now i panic for the future i cant do much of my own work what hope do i stand of working :roll: this is my second one the first one did get me in to the limited capability's section so we will see

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    have had to ring for my appointment to day its next thursday at lincoln hay ho maybe i will have to go back on to jsa will they do that if wobbling around on crutches [i have a feeling they might ]

    done and dusted for now nice lady wouldent let me walk back to where son had parked so made hubby go and tell him to come and park at the front of the building wait and see now x

    Was it the same "nice lady" who did the assessment?

    How long do you have to wait?

    I cant believe it they have awarded me ESA :)
    I didn't think I stood a chance with every thing going on
    so for those of you out there don't give up 8)

    mine was a review have been on esa 12 months now was put into the limited work caberbilitys 6 work focust interviews had a new esa 50 form to fill in and return and now just had another medical should no the next step in about 3 weeks this one was at a different office

    well i have had my letter today and it looks as if i am still in the limited capability's group , dont know if i have to go for the focust pathways thing again or not might give them a ring tomorrow i would rather be sure whats what x

    Hi berty,

    Have you received your confirmation letter? what about the 'pathways to work'....surely if you're on the 'limited capability' list you don't have to jump through that particular hoop just yet?

    hi Iris yes i have had my letter but it dident make it quite clear if i will have to go for the pathways to work or not my idea is if i dont hassle them they might not hassle me :lol: i have been before and it wasent that bad but as things havent realy changed much i think it would be a waste of time x
