I have OA in hips and spondylosis in neck.
Here I am at work struggling to keep my eyes open yet if I was at home i would be up due to hip pain/discomfort.
Need to see an hynotherapist so my body thinks I am working all the time might get some bloody decent sleep for a change
:lol::lol::lol::D:D

    What job do you do anglerman, or is that self explanatory from your name??

    Hope you manage to stay awake at work, I would hate to work night shifts, although at the mo spending more time awake through the night than asleep!!

    Best wishes, Brenda

    Hope you get some kip today Anglerman.

    Mummyb - do you manage to nod off during the day?

    Speedy
    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.
