What a beautiful day.

Ths Sun is shining so bright the birds are singing, and the bees are so busy :D:D

My shoulders ache, my operation scars are hurting :(

But to sit in the Sunshine is wonderful, then I start to worry will I get sun burnt :?:

Guess I will sit in the Sunshine and keep moving into the shade  so that I don't.

What a beautiful day ENJOY it everyone and let the Sun warm your body and soul.

Malc

So life post-surgery isn't too bad? Are you doing exercises etc to help recovery? Enjoy the sun! DD

Yes doing my exercises and trying to help around the home with my other arm. Sounds like it will be a while before I can do any lifting or much else.

I suppose it could have been in the middle of winter when its cold and wet when I had my operation and not been able to go outside, hang on sounds like our usual summer in the UK :)

    anyway take care everyone

Hi Malc, it is definitely the best time of year to be recovering from an op :D:D:D

Just be careful you don't let your scar burn.

I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Hi Malc

Bet it was and to be 'out' in the community too

We had a shower - quite a good one at that.

    Almost sunny now.

    Love
