Hospital Tests

Hi, I have been to the local private hospital today, I can't feel my feet and some of my fingers, I have had electrodes put on my toes, fingers, wrists and ankles, and currents ram through them, all this is due to my RA, flipping painful at times.

The hospital was clean and tidy, went in on time, staff very helpful, the doctor even put my socks and shoes back on, not that I asked, so looking forward to seeing my consultant in either july or august, can't remember when love Jaspercatxx

    Well that sounded a bit different to your run of the mill hospital experience. Hope the results are useful and inform your treatment for the better.

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Hi Jaspercat,

    that sounds so different to the norm :shock: I don't think anyone has ever put my shoes back on in all these years... taken them off for me but not put them back on.

    Really hope your feeling much better and that the results come soon and you can get a bit f decent help for it all. Love and a (((( )))) Cris xx
