When we were kids and my mum made yorkshire puddings, she always kept some back for us to have with sugar in between, as a sort of sweet.0

Hmmm ....... well in our family a 'proper' sunday had to include:
Yorkshires with onion gravy for starters,
roast & all the trimmings with more yorkshires of course
Yorkshires (still warm from the oven) with syrup all over them. Yum!
So ........ don't see why you couldn't put custard on them if you were desperate
And Doctor who eats fish fingers and custard ..... so why not!
