I posted about a week ago about my acupuncture session. Felt better all week - just about 25% of pain. On Friday I had second session - marvelous. Had absolutely no pain since (pain was between shoulder blades originally). I have had a very busy and happy week-end, felt really tired last night but no pain in back. Was told to come back as and when I have any problem. That was the best £67 I have ever spent.
It's nice to have a positive post. take care all of you.

Hi, I was interested to read your post, as on Wednesday I had acupuncture and acupressure. On the evening I felt better, but by Friday it was as bad again. I have another appt on Wednesday again this week, and have booked for 6 sessions. Please let us know how you get on, if the pain eases on a long term basis for you.0

Hi Englishrose - that is very positive - I'm so pleased for you.
Jordan, let's hope the more sessions you have the longer the good affects last - if it relieved your pain for a couple of days - it definitely has potential as a treatment for you too.
SpeedyI have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.0
