what brilliant service

hello everyone

I ordered some items from an online shop and i was totally amazed at the service i received i ordered some long handled nail scissors and a long handled shoe horn to help get my shoes on, and i waiting for another item to come.

i very pleased as not only can you get vat off what you buy but they reply to queries as quick as possible, and as if live where i do i have to rely on shopping online to get what i need and very often we have to wait a long time to get what we ordered, anyway i ordered my items on Thursday and received them on Monday.

i would recommend this shop to anyone as if they can get things to us that quick imagine how quick you would get anything you ordered

    Used to be that shops valued their customers more and wanted us to give good reprts to out friends - now most seem to not care at all :(

    as i am a firm believer in good service i am always trying to get that and expect it, as these days its getting rarer thing as there is far to many crooks out, it makes a refreshing change when you do come across it. i am from Suffolk and although there is a lot of crooks out there i don't ask for a lot just a straight answer and good service and to be treated fairly and not like a faceless number, you know what i cant see me ending my days up here where i live, they are so laid back they need someone to show them how it should be done.
