    Hi Pols
    Glad you are feeling a bit brighter today and that you are still managing to "glam yourself up". Sounds as if you will have lots of support from your family, which is just what you need.
    And do keep posting - we,re here to listen!

    Well what an overwhelming response for you Pols. Nothing more to add really, we all cry about it from time to time but this is not a life sentance and you will carry on with life as normally as you can. You have children and you will be there for them - my daughter is 14 and she helps me out now! The meds will help for sure and you will start to feel better. You have coped for 10 years already but now you are doing something about it - that's got to be good
