Hello everyone,
Does anyone know of any exercises for neck pain or any sort of relief :?: :?: My neck aches and the bones feel stiff and click.
I had my shoulder operation a month ago and it is still painful but I wonder if thats just the scar on the inside. Doing my exercises
I am back to see the specialist in three weeks, taking my tablets but I might as well not bother as they don't seem to work.
Anyway sorry to have a moan
take care

there are some neck exercises on this site somewhere I am sure.
Also Malc did you see your birthday thread on chit chat the other day?

Hi Toni,
Going to have a look for the exercises for my neck.
Only saw my post that I entered on my birthday.
Went to the Yorkshire lavender fields on Saturday as my treat the sun shone and I never knew lavender scones tasted so NICE.
bye for now

Hi Malc
Sorry to hear about your shoulder and neck aches. Phone or see your GP regarding the pain. After my TKR the pain was dreadful and co-codamol/codydramol was useless. I've been on tramadol since my op and it really helps with the pain and the discomfort.
Don't suffer - someone told me that if you can stay ahead of the pain it helps with your recovery - and she was right.

Hi Sharmaine,
Managed to find some exercises on the website for my neck though like everyone at my age nodding off on the sofa is a must and my head always drops forward.
I was given tramadol but found they made me feel nauseous so went back onto my usual tabs.
Will ask on Thursday when I see the physio about best tablets/cream.
take care and hope your TKR is Ok
